Who is Touleh?  Touleh is commonly referred to as the cutest dog in the world.  Others have claimed that Touleh is the most “chic” dog in the world.  While still others are claiming that Touleh is the supermodel of the dog world.  So, Touleh is, quite honestly, the cutest, most chic supermodel dog in the world. 

Wherever Touleh goes, crowds gather in excitement to take a picture with Touleh or to  simply hang out with the superstar herself.  Touleh hopes to travel the world and fight for the welfare of pets’ all across the world and devote her time to making the world better for pets, one pooch at a time.  The Touleh Designs organization donates 5% of all sales to various animal welfare organizations to stop animal cruelty once and for all.
